Our Price Promise
As prices more often rise than fall, early booking means you’re sure of fixing the best price; and if, on a rare occasion, we reduce the tour price, should you see your holiday priced at less than you have paid, Jules Verne will refund the difference in vouchers for your next tour with us.
In the unlikely event that you find an identical small group tour, with the same duration, location, and date, advertised at a lower price, you can claim the difference.
We’re dedicated to making your travel experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We will provide your voucher, after your full payment has been made, and prior to your date of departure, to be used towards any new tour booking with us.
Can I claim? Price Promise checklist
- You haven’t yet been on your holiday
- You’re the lead booker on the holiday
- The new advertised price applies to the same core elements of the holiday you have booked with Jules Verne (including room type) with the same, duration, location and date
How do I claim?
Simply, send us an email at [email protected] with the subject heading “Voucher Claim”, including the lead passenger name and JV booking reference, to secure your voucher for your next adventure with us.
Details that are required;
- Your JV booking reference
- Full details of the tour that you have booked
- Details of the lower price advertised
We will respond to your email within seven working days to confirm if your claim has been successful.
If successful then a voucher will be issued to you once your final balance is paid, towards a future Jules Verne tour booking. Please note that vouchers can only be issued once full payment has been made and cannot be redeemed against any existing bookings.
Terms & Conditions
Jules Verne credit vouchers can be exchanged for payment or part payment on any Jules Verne travel arrangement and are valid towards new, direct bookings only. They are not redeemable towards online payment; are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. All credit vouchers have a unique serial number and Jules Verne reserves the right to refuse vouchers we deem to be invalid or fraudulent.
